Overview

Council is in receipt of two planning proposals LEP21/0001 known as Sunnyside and LEP21/0006 known as Rowan Village.

The proposals intends to rezone land for residential purposes.

A report on LEP21/0001 - Sunnyside was considered at the ordinary meeting of Council on 7 November 2022.

Please note: At its ordinary meeting on the 22^nd of August 2022, Council resolved to not consider any planning proposals within the Southern Growth Area until structure planning is complete.

As a result, Council will not accept for lodgement any scoping proposals or planning proposals for sites within the Southern Growth Area.

If a scoping proposal is sent to Council, it will be acknowledged for information purposes only and a formal scoping proposal will need to be lodged in accordance with the structure planning once it is completed.
